If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the order date.
Please email: CONTACT@HOWTOPEST.COM with your request and order number. We will then respond with a pre-paid shipping label for you to print out and attach to your item. Please read the following to ensure your return will be approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item
- Must be in the original unmarked, unused, unaltered packaging.
- In the same condition you received it.
- Include all tags and documentation
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How To Pest DOES NOT accept returns of the following items:
- Bed Bug Encasements or Liners
- Live Animal Traps
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus the credit card processing fees) to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
How To Pest will provide the return shipping label at no cost to you. If upon receipt the returned item is not approved your credit card will then be charged the additional shipping cost. If the item is approved there will be no additional charges.
If for any reason your package arrives with any shipping damage, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of delivery) in order for us to start a claim with the shipping carrier. Please take pictures of the damaged package and send to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to use your order number in the subject line.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. Please be mindful of your delivery date and keep an eye out for your package. HowToPest.com will not be responsible for any lost orders.
Please ship all returns via a carrier that provides a tracking number in order to avoid any delays in receiving your refund.
