If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please email: CONTACT@HOWTOPEST.COM with your request and order number. We will then respond with a pre-paid shipping label for you to print out and attach to your item. Please read the following to ensure your return will be approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item
- must be in the original unmarked, unused, unaltered packaging.
- in the same condition you received it.
- your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How To Pest DOES NOT accept returns of the following items:
- Bed Bug Encasements or Liners
- Live Animal Traps
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
How To Pest will provide the return shipping label at no cost to you. If upon receipt the returned item is not approved your credit card will then be charged the additional shipping cost. If the item is approved there will be no additional charges.
If for any reason your package arrives with any discrepancies please contact us immediately. Please email to us a photo of your shipping package with the contents to email@example.com. Please make sure to use your order number in the subject line. Once verified we can issue a refund or a replacement.
Please ship all returns via a carrier that provides a tracking number in order to avoid any delays in receiving your refund.
