A The reason a follow up is needed and done by most professionals is because the eggs hatch every 7 to 10 days depending on the weather a good rule of thumb is the hotter it is the faster they hatch. That being said a follow up is to make sure you get any eggs that hatched that the first treatment missed, before they start looking for their next meal AKA YOU , and starting your problem all over again.

I wonder why you will need to apply treatment again after 2 weeks, if this product KILLS all stages of bed bugs. I just need to know before i invest in yet another type of spray 6 months after starting my fight against bed bug infestation in my bedroom - the only room so far. Would much appreciate your reply and any honest advice. Much thanks in advance.

Great question, Bedlam kills up to 2 weeks with direct application, so depending on the infestation you may not get all the eggs the first time so it is always best to follow up just to make sure you get a full treatment.
